Goodbye High School

Honestly I’ve never been as excited for something to end, as I’m now. I'm a kind of person who hates letting go, but now, I'm so ready now. Believe it or not but it's almost the end and I can see the diploma in my hands, but I don't feel sad (as people told me I would), I’m happier than I've ever been. I remember myself 3 years ago this time, even then I was ready to take my diploma, and go to university. You may think “why?” I’ll tell you why. I’ve known where I want to continue my education after leaving high school,I've even known what I'm going to do after I get my bachelor's degree. I'm not saying that I won't miss High School at all, what I'm saying is that I thought this moment would be more special, but unfortunately it's not. It's just an end, and the worst thing about this “end” is the fact that I'm looking forward to this phase of my life to end.

I've been studying in this High School for two years, and it has given me a lot as a person, as a human being. Now I have more friends, then ever before, I've been part of different forums, now I definitely know more than I knew before. But dame I'm so happy there's just one month left.

At the end of this weirdly structured essay I would like to tell  he people who will be kind enough to read this. This is not a “Hate” essay this is an hones “Goodbye High School” one, well at least how I imagined it to be.

2015 Review and 2016 New Year's Resolutions

OK, so before i'll start listing all the thing that happened to me in 2015 i'd like to say that 2014 was the best year I've ever had, and before starting 2015 I've already known that it was going to be a pretty dull year.
So as I already said I didn't expected anything, and i was almost right except for one thing.
I knew that i wasn't going to a summer camp abroad as i did in 2014, and i was going to spend my summer at home. But it changed as soon as i found out about the ESS forum planed by European Youth Parliament. And believe it or not i had a remarkable weak. I think this was the most memorable moment of 2015 but overall i'm not the same person as i was in 2014, I've changed, i'm a better person now, i believe in myself more.
2015 was definitely not the best year of my life, but it wasn't the worst as well (2012 was the worst, but that's a different story).
Now let us take a look at 2016. i have the biggest hopes this year, and i fell like in the end this year can even become my #1 so far. I'm going to finish High School, i will go to college, I hoping for a nice trip this summer, i'll probably start working in the second half of this year ( I've been waiting for that moment all my life). As a resolution I've promised myself that i'm going to be more self-confident, i'll love myself more, I'll read more ( not like i'm not doing that enough already,but...), I'll stop caring what others think ( this one never works actually) and whatever it takes I"LL NEVER STOP FALLOWING MY DREAMS.

In the end i just want to say that i have the best family and friend ( they're part of my family as well), that honestly it doesn't meter what i'm going to they will always be there for me, they will always trust me with my choices and they will help me however they can!!!

Living alone, with friends or family?

Nowadays more people are choosing to live with friends or alone rather than with their families. This trend is likely to have a negative impact on communities.

Let me begin this essay with an important statement. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages,so i will list them all.

First of all, when you live with your family your sibling will always be around you and they will be there for you, they will love you no matter what. You will have less to worry about for example, paying bills, laundry or cooking, but at the same time it is a big disadvantage too. You need to know how to take care of simple things, cause you are not going to live with your mom for the rest of your life.

Now let's discuss possibility of living with friends which is unfortunately not a common thing for our society . When you live with friends it's definitely more fun, you become more independent, you take care of yourself, in the end you will become more mature, but at the same time you live with a friend, you're not alone, and your friend will be there for you like any other family member would, so for now i don't see any disadvantage of living with a friend.

On the other hand living alone is not a bed idea too i mean the only thing that is different is the fact that you will always have that nice quiet place, you will be in charge of everything, no one will make a mess (well except you, but you will clean it up later). And you can have your friends or family around whenever you want.

In the end i want to say, when go to the University and start to work, the best thing to do is to move out and have your one place. Please do not get me wrong i love my family, but most of the time i wonder what would it fell like to be in charge, to be alone. I am an introvert and the best acclivities for me are reading, watching movies or even doing nothing, but i prefer doing all this stuff when i'm alone. I like loud companies actually  i'm the loudest one, i like going out, being with friend, but if someone cancels the planes i am more than fine with it, because staying an home is the best thing in the world.
So in conclusion i want to say that at first we probably should live with a friend and than alone.

Project. American Culture: Traditions and Customs of the United States

The United States is the third largest country in the word with a population of more than 320 million. Because of this, the United States is one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world. Nearly every region of the world has influenced American culture, as it is a country of immigrants, most notably the English who colonized the country beginning in the early 1600 s. U.S. culture has also been shaped by the cultures of Native Americans, Latin Americans, Africans and Asians.

The United States is sometimes described as a "melting pot" in which different cultures have contributed their own distinct "flavors" to American culture. Just as cultures from around the world have influenced American culture, today American culture influences the world. The term Western culture often refers broadly to the cultures of the United States and Europe.

Language

There is no official language of the United States, according to the U.S. government. While almost every language in the world is spoken in the United States, Spanish, Chinese, French and German are among the most frequently spoken non-English languages. Ninety percent of the U.S. population speaks and understands at least some English, and most official business is conducted in English.

Religion

Nearly every known religion is practiced in the United States, which was founded on the basis of religious freedom. About 83 percent of Americans identify themselves as Christians, according to an ABC poll, while 13 percent replied that they had no religion at all. Another poll in 2012 reported similar findings. It also found that Judaism is the second most-identified religious affiliation, at about 1.7 percent of the population. Only 0.6 percent of respondents identified as Muslim.

American style

Clothing styles vary by social status, region, occupation and climate. Jeans, sneakers, baseball caps, cowboy hats and boots are some items of clothing that are closely associated with Americans. Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors and Victoria Secret are some well-known American brands.

American food

American cuisine has been influenced by Europeans and Native Americans in its early history. Today, there are a number of foods that are commonly identified as American, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, potato chips, macaroni and cheese, and meat loaf. "As American as apple pie" has come to mean something that is authentically American.
There are also styles of cooking and types of foods that are specific to a region. Southern-style cooking is often called "American comfort food" and includes dishes such as fried chicken, collard greens, black-eyed peas and corn bread. Tex-Mex, popular in Texas and the Southwest, is a blend of Spanish and Mexican cooking styles and includes items such as chili and burritos and relies heavily on shredded cheese and beans.

The Arts

The United States is widely known around the world as a leader in mass media production, including television and movies. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, the United States comprises one-third of the worldwide media and entertainment industry.
The television broadcasting industry took hold in the United States in the early 1950s, and American television programs are now shown around the world. The United States also has a vibrant movie industry, centered in Hollywood, California, and American movies are popular worldwide. The U.S. film industry earned $31 billion in revenues in 2013, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The United State's arts culture extends beyond movies and television shows, though. New York is home to Broadway, and Americans have a rich theatrical history. American folk art is an artistic style and is identified with quilts and other hand-crafted items. American music is very diverse with many, many styles, including rhythm and blues, jazz, gospel, country and western, bluegrass, rock 'n' roll and hip hop.

Sports

The United States is a sports-minded
country, with millions of fans who follow football, baseball, basketball and hockey, among othersports. Baseball, which was developed in colonial America and became an organized sport in the mid-1800s, is known as America’s favorite pastime, although its popularity has been eclipsed by football for the past three decades, according to the Harris Poll.

American holidays

Many holidays are celebrated only in the United States. Americans celebrate their independence from Britain on July 4. Memorial Day, celebrated on the last Monday in May, honors those who have died in military service. Labor Day, observed on the first Monday in September, celebrates country’s workforce. Thanksgiving, another distinctive American holiday, falls on the fourth Thursday in November and dates back to colonial times to celebrate the harvest. Presidents’ Day, marking the birthdays of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, is a federal holiday that occurs on the third Monday in February. The contributions of veterans are honored on Veterans’ Day, observed on Nov. 11. The contributions of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. are remembered on the third Monday in January.

Project: Sports and Games. Board games

Board games are learning and fun packaged in a little box. Whether the game is one of chance or strategy, life lessons and social skills come into play with the mere throw of the dice. We can learn and enhance basic skills in the casual and friendly atmosphere of a game.
There are different types of board games. Most board games are based on either luck, strategy, knowledge, or a combination of all three. For example, Chess relies on strategic moves, whereas Monopoly has an element of both luck and strategy. Candy Land relies on drawing the right colored card, clearly a game of luck.
Board games are both educational and entertaining. Fun is one of the key ingredient of successfully learning new ideas are often accompanied while playing games. Playing a board game teaches vital social skills. There is an exciting atmosphere of communication and competition that encourages verbal expression while cultivating traits of patience and persistence. The attention spans of young children can be strengthened by focusing on the game, as they need to remember the rules as well as when it’s their turn to participate. The element of luck in some board games highlights the uncertainty that often surrounds us in life, but also sends a firm message not to give up.
In conclusion I want to say that for me the biggest advantage of board games is time that I spend either with family or friends. I think playing board games help us to know each other better, trust each other and last but not least have fun.

If I Had A Million Dollars

"If I had a million dollars " each of us at least once thought about that, so now I’m going to explain what I would do if I had a million dollars. And that is a perfect opportunity for you to decide whether I’m smart, or a really big idiot.
First of all I would buy myself a nice penthouse in Manhattan to live in.
Then I would though about earning more money, so I would open a bakery in NYC under the Brooklyn bridge, after that I would open couple more benches. I would definitely go to the 5th avenue and buy as much things as possible. And I would travel, I want to see whole world so it would be great.
I have another dream besides having a bakery and traveling I want to have my own clothing line and shops, cause I think I can change something in fashion world create a new style something between classic and edge, show my personality in clothing.
Last but not least I would like to do some charity work.
So this is what I would like to do if I had a million dollars.

Project. Racism

Racism is something that we've all witnessed. Many people believe that race isn’t a biological category, but an artificial classification of people.
When the words racism is mention what comes to mind? To most people racism is when one belief that his/her genetically physical characteristics is better than the characteristics of another race. But what does not comes mind is racism did and can lead to the elimination of another race ,division of a nation and the enslavement of another race , as what took place in history. In this modern time where there are laws against discrimination of any sort and words like " we are created equally "are said almost everywhere, one will think racism does not exist and it is part of history. But racism is still around because the causes of racism still exist. Therefore we should examine the causes of racism. Sometimes racism can develop among people of different race because of the lack of knowledge about the other race culture, belief and history. Since little is known about the other race their behavior can be misinterpreted.
Nowadays I know lot of people who are afraid of people with dark skin or don't feel comfortable being around them. I personally don't understand that, cause we live in a modern world where people with different skin tones have equal rights, so what's the problem? I don't understand people who think that human beings with dark skin are thieves, killers or they are always angry. If we will show them pictures of two people and ask for example "Who do you think is the killer ?" they will point to the picture of the dark skin man. Despite the fact that there is no slavery any more, some people still think that they're better, just because of their skin tone.
In the end I want to say that I'm so happy that each day there are less and less racists in the world. In 2008 Barack Obama became the first African- American president of the U.S.A., and it's just the beginning. But in our country when people see foreigners they stare and I don't think that is appropriate thing to do.
So people please Stop The Racism!!!!!

Project. The Best and The Worst days of my life

I know that I need to think of a bad, good or unforgettable day of my life but it's a hard thing to do, so in this essay I will tell you little bit about everything.
Let's start with the positive one, I'm an optimist so I usually don't have bad days, cause I think everything in life's happens for a reason so every day is a new chapter and a new experience for me, I don't have any regrets.
As I said earlier I usually don't have bad days, but there is one day during all year and you will never guess which day it is cause it's my birthday. I don't understand why but every year that day I become extremely unlucky, and something bad always happens to me.
Now let's talk about unforgettable experience last summer was pretty challenging for me I spent more than a month abroad. I still remember how awful the first day was I didn't have any friends and I was all alone. I remember myself counting hours and days, but in the end I didn't want to leave my new friend, then I flew to Spain and spent couple weeks with my Ded. I think after that experience I became mor mature and independent. Now I'm more self-confident. Thinking about unforgettable things 2014 was the best year of my life, everything that happened last year helped me to become a better human being.
In conclusion I want to say that I consider myself as a lucky, positive and happy person, even on the unlikeliest days such as my birthday I'm grateful for what I have and who I am
.

If I could change my country

Our world is changing everyday and we also have to change to catch up with the modernization of it and to make our country better.
Nowadays our country is "little" bit behind so most of the people try to find ways to leave it, me too. So in this essay I will try to tell you what would I change, in order not to leave my country.
First of all we all know that in our country no one follows the rules, so we need more stricter rules for everyone including the Government.
The second and the biggest problem is workplaces they are not enough for everyone, so young people who graduate from the university can't work by their profession, for example in our country there are thousands of economists but most of them don't work. Education is also a problem because we use old books, and they have no connection with modern world.
Recycling, this is not a big problem but it would be great to do that, it would help us not to waste things and reuse them.
I know that this kind of changes are possible but I'm not the one who's gonna do that, I'm an ordinary human being I have dreams and streaked plan for my life and I don't have time to do that. I wanna live easer, abroad. Saying easer I don't mean that there is no problems abroad, I just don't want to spend my years on revaluation. But at the same time I'm happy to know that there are people here who's going to stay and make changes, I hope one day I will here about them and think "they're my friends".

Project:Human relations Leaders

Our society depends on the abilities of our leaders and how well they can do their jobs. A leader is someone that many people look to for direction, guidance, and inspiration, so it is important for our leaders to have the aptitude to make difficult decisions and to know and do what is right for the people. An effective leader has character, competence, compassion, and courage.
An efficient leader is defined as a person who is followed by the others. Besides that, a leader has to know about the human nature, and be able to direct people reducing the group’s doubts about succeeding. Some people believe that a leader is born that way and there is no way, practicing or studying, to create a leader. They are wrong because inside of each and every one of us there is a leader waiting to be awaken and holding on an opportunity to come out.
The first characteristic of leadership is when a person communicates with other people. This behavior is highly individual and situational for both the leader and follower and therefore there are a huge variety of ways in which effective leadership occurs. On top of that, when we think about the characteristic of a leader, we often think of leaders that are dynamic, which makes each of us to follow.
The second characteristic is competence. Having Competence means that one knows what must be done. It is possessing the skills to do ones task properly. This quality is vital for a leader because they are the people that command others. If they themselves do not know what their job is, it will be difficult to properly instruct others.
Thirdly, Compassion is important for a leader to have because when the people see that the leader cares for them, they will be more trusting of the decisions that he makes. Also, recognizing and taking the time to acknowledge them will make the people want to do their job properly and to the best of their ability.
The fourth aspect of an effective leader is courage. Courage is described as having the strength both mentally and physically to do something that most people could not do. It is imperative for a leader to have courage because as a leader, they have to make decisions that are dangerous or harmful.
Lao Tzu said
"  A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves. "

Time and Consequences

Time is said to be eternal. It has neither a beginning nor an end. Yet people are able to measure it as years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds. They have also given meanings to the words – past, present and future. True, time has a meaning. It moves and we can't stop it. What was yesterday is not today. What is today will not be tomorrow. Yesterday is gone. Today is and tomorrow is yet to come. Time always exist, so we can't go back .
The entire creation moves on according to a time pattern. There is birth, growth and death. There is time for everything. Seasons come according to time. A child is born, grows into boyhood, adolescence, youth, middle age and old age according to age and time. Every movement of creation is linked with time. We cannot grow forests in a month nor can a child become an adult in a year. Everything in our lives  is linked up with Time.
Time is a free force. It does not wait for any one. Time is money. You can never get back the lost minute. The time flies and never returns. If you waste time it wastes you.Time is the fire in which we burn. In reality, killing time is only the name for another of the multifarious ways by which Time kills us.
Those who do not know the importance of time, waste it .There is a proverb which says that killing time is not a murder; it is a suicide. It means, by wasting time you are not harming others. On the other hand you are harming himself. Ordinary people  think how to spend their time. The wise and talented make use of it fruitfully.
Some people always complain that there is no time for them to do anything. That isn't  correct. If you  wisely plan your activities, there will be time for everything happening according to time. A human being  who is a part of nature cannot complain against time. Time is powerful. The only thing we can do is obey it.
If you are not on time and miss the train, you miss it forever . So also the time, once you miss it, it flies off. You can never Bring it back. I  We need to learn how to use our time fruitfully. This is the key to success.

“ Forest Gump” Review

The film is based on William Groom’s novel
“ Forest Gump” , but in the film we can see just a little part of the book. Honestly I thought that I will see something spectecular, something that will change my life but I was dissapointed.
Let’s talk about the storyline and the reasson why I didn’t like the “film masterpiece”. So in the biggining of the movie we see the main character sitting on a bench at the bus stop. He talks about his life, from early childhood to the present days. Well, okay.
The main character - a guy named Forrest Gump, a little behind in intellectual development. That’s why  he couldn’t got to school, where he could learn and get an opportunity to become normal. Forrest’s mother, did everything she could and in the end he went to shool.
In the school bus young hero meets a little girl named Jenny Curran, who later becomes his best friend for life. His pretty girlfriend tought him to read. The boys at school laught at Forrest, and every time when they tried to hurt him little Jenny screamd to Forrest.
“ Run, Forrest, Run … ”
By the way, I forgot to say, that exact insident helped Forest he had problems with his legs, and in that moment, when he started to run away from them, they broke down and he had a new desire - to run whenever possible.
You know there are films about dancers, but this film is about dumb-runner who run every time he hed problems.
There are still, a lot of moments in the film that I really liked. For example - service in the army, where he met new friend Bubba.
"- My name is Benjamin Buford Blue, but my friends call me Bubba.
           - I'm Forrest Gump, and people call me Forrest Gump "
After his college graduation, he enlists in the army and is sent to Vietnam, where he makes fast friends with a black man named Bubba, who convinces Forrest to go into the shrimping business with him when the war is over. Later while on patrol, Forrest's platoon is attacked. Though Forrest rescues many of the men, Bubba is killed in action. Forrest is awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroism.

While Forrest is in recovery for a bullet shot to his "butt-tox", he discovers his uncanny ability for ping-pong, eventually gaining popularity and rising to celebrity status, later playing ping-pong competitively against Chinese teams. At an anti-war rally in Washington, D.C. Forrest reunites with Jenny, who has been living a hippie counterculture lifestyle.

Returning home, Forrest endorses a company that makes ping-pong paddles, earning himself $25,000, which he uses to buy a shrimping boat, fulfilling his promise to Bubba. His commanding officer from Vietnam, Lieutenant Dan, joins him. Though initially Forrest has little success, after finding his boat the only surviving boat in the area after Hurricane Carmen, he begins to pull in huge amounts of shrimp and uses it to buy an entire fleet of shrimp boats. Lt. Dan invests the money in Apple Computer and Forrest is financially secure for the rest of his life. He returns home to see his mother's last days.

One day, Jenny returns to visit Forrest and he proposes marriage to her. She declines, though feels obliged to prove her love to him by sleeping with him. She leaves early the next morning. On a whim, Forrest elects to go for a run. Seemingly capriciously, he decides to keep running across the country several times, over some three and a half years, becoming famous.

In present-day, Forrest reveals that he is waiting at the bus stop because he received a letter from Jenny who, having seen him run on television, asks him to visit her. Once he is reunited with Jenny, Forrest discovers she has a young son, of whom Forrest is the father. Jenny tells Forrest she is suffering from a virus (probably HIV, though this is never definitively stated). Together the three move back to Greenbow, Alabama. Jenny and Forrest finally marry. The wedding is attended by Lt. Dan, who now has prosthetic legs and a fiancee. Jenny dies soon afterward.

The film ends with father and son waiting for the school bus on little Forrest's first day of school. Opening the book his son is taking to school, the white feather from the beginning of the movie is seen to fall from within the pages. As the bus pulls away, the white feather is caught on a breeze and drifts skyward.
